The WFL's leading passer was Chicago Fire quarterback Virgil Carter. Carter had completed 130 passes out of 243 attempts for 1,801 yards and 20 touchdowns. Chicago's Mark Kellar led the WFL in rushing with 638 yards and 7 touchdowns and the Fire's James Scott led the WFL in receiving with 39 catches for 562 yards and 5 touchdowns.
